Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Leeds Greenwave (Leeds, AL), 68-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Moody upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Blue Devils host Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 13-2.

Next up, the Greenwave play the Cornerstone Eagles (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. Leeds will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 15-7 record after their 43-24 league win over Altamont (Birmingham, AL).
