New York High School Basketball - Middletown knocked off by Monroe-Woodbury

The Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Middletown Middie Bears to 50 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washingtonville for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27. Monroe-Woodbury will meet a Wizards team coming off a 56-29 non-league loss to Chester (Chester, NY). The Wizards record now stands at 2-10.

The Middie Bears (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
