The Monsignor Donovan Catholic Rams basketball team (Athens, GA), was overwhelmed 58-9 in Friday's league battle with the host Thomas Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Louisville, GA)

The Jaguars now possess a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brentwood for a non-league battle on Monday, January 23. Thomas Jefferson Academy will confront a War Eagles team coming off a 76-45 non-league win over Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 11-5.

The Rams (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against David Emanuel Academy (Stillmore, GA). The Eagles come into the GIAA A Region 4 battle with a 2-10 record.
