The Springfield Blue Devils basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Napoleon Wildcats to 25 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bowling Green for a Northern Lakes contest on Tuesday, January 24. Springfield will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 54-12 league loss to Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-12.

The Wildcats (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Southview (Sylvania, OH). The Cougars enter the Northern Lakes contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Southview was routed by Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH), 42-38, in a league contest.
