Louisiana High School Basketball - West Monroe can't hold off Ouachita Parish

The Ouachita Parish Lions basketball squad scored 38 points and restricted the visiting West Monroe Rebels to 31 in the Lions league victory on Friday.
With the victory, Ouachita Parish upgrades its record to 11-13 on the campaign. The Lions host Alexandria (Alexandria, LA) to play the Trojans in a 5A District 2 bout on Friday, January 27. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 11-9. Alexandria won 56-37 in their recent league bout against Ruston (Ruston, LA)
Next up, the Rebels play the Pineville Rebels (Pineville, LA) in a 5A District 2 bout, on Friday, January 27. West Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record.
