In Friday's non-league outing, the Sports & Medical Sciences Academy Tigers (Hartford, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Prince RVT Falcons (Hartford, CT), by a count of 58-30.

The Tigers (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Ellington (Ellington, CT). The Knights go into the North Central Connecticut outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Ellington smashed Stafford (Stafford Springs, CT), 46-30, in a league outing.
