In Friday's league outing, the Union Parish Farmers (Farmerville, LA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Richwood Rams (Monroe, LA), by a count of 61-35.
The Farmers (14-2) will now prepare for their outing against Wossman (Monroe, LA). The Wildcats go into the 3A District 1 outing with a 18-2 record.
The Rams now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Wossman for a 3A District 1 outing on Tuesday, January 24. Richwood will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 67-18 league win over Carroll (Monroe, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 18-2.
