Virginia High School Basketball - Twin Springs knocked off by Rye Cove

The Rye Cove Eagles basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Twin Springs Titans to 28 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Eastside for a Cumberland bout on Tuesday, January 24. Rye Cove will play a Spartans squad coming off a 75-48 league win over Thomas Walker (Ewing, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 13-3.
Next up, the Titans play the Castlewood Blue Devils (Castlewood, VA) in a Cumberland bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Twin Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 7-9 record after their 54-9 league loss to J.I. Burton (Norton, VA).
