In Friday's league match, the host Valley Buffalos basketball team scored a decisive 59-25 triumph over the Water Canyon Wildcats.
In their next game, the Buffalos meet the Fredonia Lynx (Fredonia, AZ) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, January 25. Valley will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Lynx enter the match with a 9-8 record after their 53-9 league win over Seligman (Seligman, AZ).
