Davie War Eagles (Mocksville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC), 40-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Davie upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The War Eagles travel to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 2-5.

Next up, the Eagles play the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. East Forsyth will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 19-11 non-league loss to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC).
