The Wakefield Warriors basketball team scored 29 points and restricted the host Langley Saxons to 25 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 2-0 record.

The Saxons (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against McLean (McLean, VA). The Highlanders come into the contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, McLean was nudged by George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA), 34-22, in a non-league contest.
