Round Valley Mustangs (Covelo, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Anderson Valley Panthers (Boonville, CA), 61-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Round Valley upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Mustangs host St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 13-4. St. Vincent de Paul won 74-26 in their recent non-league bout against Grace Christian Academy (Santa Rosa, CA)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Mendocino Cardinals (Mendocino, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Anderson Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
