The Nipmuc Regional Warriors basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Douglas Tigers to 30 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sutton/Douglas for a contest on Wednesday, January 25. Nipmuc Regional will battle a team coming off a 35-26 league win over Whitinsville Christian (Whitinsville, MA). The record now stands at 5-5.
The Tigers (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA). The Chargers enter the contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Blackstone-Millville was routed by Hopedale (Hopedale, MA), 41-39, in a league contest.
