In Friday's non-league outing, the Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), by a margin of 70-21.
The Sundevils (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league outing with a 7-5 record. In their last outing, Los Alamos smashed Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM), 64-46, in a non-league outing.
The Pintos now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Taos for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 26. Moriarty will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 46-44 non-league loss to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 7-5.
