The John Paul II Catholic Saints basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Greenfield Knights to 40 in the Saints league triumph on Friday.
The Saints now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. John Paul II Catholic will battle a Heat team coming off a 51-43 league win over Hilltop Christian (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Heat record now stands at 6-3.
The Knights (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 10-3 record.
