Heritage Christian Warriors (Northridge, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Whittier Christian Heralds (La Habra, CA), 72-30 in a league bout.

With the victory, Heritage Christian upgrades its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Warriors host Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA) to play the Defenders in a bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Defenders come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Valley Christian lost 73-56 in their recent league bout against Maranatha (Pasadena, CA)

Next up, the Heralds play the Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 27. Whittier Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
