Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC), 24-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Midway upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Raiders travel to East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Knights play the Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. West Bladen will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Dark Horses go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 43-32 non-league loss to Midway (Dunn, NC).
