San Luis Obispo Tigers (San Luis Obispo, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Santa Ynez Pirates (Santa Ynez, CA), 41-37 in a league bout.

With the win, San Luis Obispo upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Morro Bay (Morro Bay, CA) to play the Pirates in a bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 1-6.

Next up, the Pirates play the Dunn Earwigs (Los Olivos, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. Santa Ynez will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record.
