Ohio High School Basketball - Southeast falls to Aquinas

In Saturday's league match, the host Aquinas Knights basketball team scored a good 59-51 triumph over the Southeast Pirates.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Cardinal Mooney Cardinals (Youngstown, OH) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 23. Aquinas will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Cardinals enter the match with a 9-4 record after their 72-37 non-league win over Chippewa (Doylestown, OH).

With the defeat, Southeast moves to 6-6 on the year. The Pirates host Grand Valley (Orwell, OH) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 23. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 3-8. Grand Valley lost 44-39 in their recent league match against Crestwood (Mantua, OH)
