Guntersville Wildcats (Guntersville, AL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Asbury Rams (Albertville, AL), 69-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Guntersville upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Arab (Arab, AL) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 18-4. Arab won 52-49 in their recent non-league bout against Boaz (Boaz, AL)

Next up, the Rams play the Collinsville Panthers (Collinsville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Asbury will attempt to upgrade on its 13-11 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 15-8 record after their 62-37 non-league loss to Geraldine (Geraldine, AL).
