Roosevelt Roughriders (Seattle, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Ballard Beavers (Seattle, WA), 65-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Roughriders host Lakeside (Seattle, WA) to clash with the Lions in a 3A Metro bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Lakeside lost 68-63 in their recent league bout against Franklin (Seattle, WA)

Next up, the Beavers clash with the Lincoln Lynx (Seattle, WA) in a 3A Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Ballard will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Lynx go into the bout with a 3-13 record after their 72-58 league loss to Ingraham (Seattle, WA).
