In Saturday's non-league outing, the Timberline Wolves (Boise, ID) basketball squad edged the host Boise Brave (Boise, ID), by a count of 56-52.

The Wolves (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against Nampa (Nampa, ID). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Southern Idaho outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Nampa was tipped by Meridian (Meridian, ID), 74-45, in a league outing.

The Brave now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain View for a 5A Southern Idaho outing on Wednesday, January 24. Boise will clash with a Mavericks squad coming off a 48-43 league loss to Middleton (Middleton, ID). The Mavericks record now stands at 8-6.
