Brockton Warriors (Brockton, MT) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Lambert/Richey R&L Fusion (Lambert, MT), 49-45 in a league bout.

With the victory, Brockton upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Plentywood (Plentywood, MT) to play the Wildcats in a C District 2 bout on Friday, January 26. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 10-1. Plentywood won 67-32 in their recent league bout against Culbertson (Culbertson, MT)

Next up, the R&L Fusion play the Bainville Bulldogs (Bainville, MT) in a C District 2 bout, on Friday, January 26. Lambert/Richey will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 45-37 league loss to Savage (Savage, MT).
