The Cambridge Bears basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Creekview Grizzlies to 40 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.

The Bears now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kell for a AAAAA Region 6 contest on Tuesday, January 23. Cambridge will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 91-54 league win over Centennial (Roswell, GA). The Longhorns record now stands at 15-3.

The Grizzlies (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Buccaneers come into the AAAAAA Region 6 contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Allatoona was defeated by Rome (Rome, GA), 65-59, in a league contest.
