Carrollton Warriors (Carrollton, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Marlington Dukes (Alliance, OH), 68-62 in a league bout.
With the win, Carrollton upgrades its record to 5-10 on the season. The Warriors host Alliance (Alliance, OH) to play the Aviators in a Eastern Buckeye bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Aviators go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Alliance won 56-50 in their recent league bout against Salem (Salem, OH)
Next up, the Dukes play the West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH) in a Eastern Buckeye bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Marlington will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 73-61 league win over Minerva (Minerva, OH).
