The El Reno Indians basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Shawnee Wolves to 37 in the Indians league victory on Saturday.
The Indians now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carl Albert for a 5A District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 23. El Reno will battle a Titans team coming off a 60-45 non-league loss to Moore (Moore, OK). The Titans record now stands at 12-5.
The Wolves (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Guthrie (Guthrie, OK). The Bluejays come into the 5A District 1 contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Guthrie prevailed over Perkins-Tryon (Perkins, OK), 64-48, in a non-league contest.
