The St. Mary's-Colgan Panthers (Pittsburg, KS) basketball crushed the host Galena Bulldogs (Galena, KS), 71-41 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Frontenac (Frontenac, KS). The Raiders go into the Crawford-Neosho-Cherokee test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Frontenac walloped Owensville (Owensville, MO), 52-51, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Columbus for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 23. Galena will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 54-53 non-league win over Neodesha (Neodesha, KS). The Titans record now stands at 4-5.
