The Hollis Tigers basketball team scored 27 points and held the visiting Snyder Cyclones to 22 in the Tigers league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mangum for a Shortgrass contest on Monday, January 22. Hollis will meet a Tigers team coming off a 60-20 non-league loss to Frederick (Frederick, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 5-8.

With the defeat, Snyder moves to 5-11 on the year. The Cyclones travel to Merritt (Elk City, OK) to meet the Oilers in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 23. The Oilers enter the match with a record of 9-8. Merritt lost 56-40 in their recent non-league match against Duke (Duke, OK)
