In Saturday's league outing, the Holy Cross Academy Mustangs (Amarillo, TX) basketball squad felled the host Holy Cross Crusaders (Midland, TX), by a margin of 76-62.
The Mustangs (13-5) will now prepare for their outing against Wichita Christian (Wichita Falls, TX). The Stars go into the TAPPS 1A District 1 outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Wichita Christian was beaten by Petrolia (Petrolia, TX), 47-32, in a non-league outing.
The Crusaders now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Accelerate Christian for a TAPPS 1A District 1 outing on Friday, February 9.
