Idaho High School Basketball - Pocatello trounces Minico

The Pocatello Thunder (Pocatello, ID) basketball crushed the host Minico Spartans (Rupert, ID), 63-30 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Thunder (14-3) will now prepare for their test against Madison (Rexburg, ID). The Bobcats go into the non-league test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Madison walloped Skyline (Idaho Falls, ID), 64-29, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Twin Falls for a 4A Great Basin test on Monday, January 22. Minico will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 61-47 league win over Wood River (Hailey, ID). The Bruins record now stands at 6-7.
