The MMI Preparatory School basketball team (Freeland, PA), was overwhelmed 71-49 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA)

The Warriors now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake-Lehman for a Wyoming Valley 2 battle on Monday, January 22.

The (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Greater Nanticoke Area (Nanticoke, PA). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Greater Nanticoke Area trounced Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA), 49-39, in a non-league battle.
