Terrell County Greenwave (Dawson, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pataula Charter Academy Panthers (Edison, GA), 70-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Terrell County upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Greenwave travel to Stewart County (Lumpkin, GA) to clash with the Royal Knights in a A D2 Region 1 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Royal Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-13.

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Randolph-Clay Red Devils (Cuthbert, GA) in a A D2 Region 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Pataula Charter Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 60-59 league loss to Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA).
