The El Camino Wildcats (Oceanside, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA), 43-35 in Saturday's league test.

The Wildcats (8-9) will now prepare for their test against San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA). The Mustangs go into the test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, San Dieguito Academy went down by La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA), 56-46, in a league test.

The Bobcats now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Carlsbad for a test on Saturday, January 20. Sage Creek will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 59-53 league loss to El Camino (Oceanside, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 8-8.
