Maine High School Basketball - Bangor tipped by Hampden

The Hampden Broncos basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Bangor Rams to 41 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Broncos now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brewer for a A North contest on Tuesday, January 23. Hampden will meet a Witches team coming off a 57-51 league loss to Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Witches record now stands at 5-7.
The Rams (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Windham (Windham, ME). The Eagles enter the AA North contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Windham nudged Edward Little (Auburn, ME), 34-28, in a league contest.
