Ringling Blue Devils (Ringling, OK) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Elmore City-Pernell Badgers (Elmore City, OK), 46-43 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ringling upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Wilson (Wilson, OK) to play the Eagles in a Oilfield bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 12-7. Wilson lost 61-36 in their recent non-league bout against Stratford (Stratford, OK)

Next up, the Badgers play the Central Bronchos (Marlow, OK) in a Oilfield bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Elmore City-Pernell will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Bronchos come into the bout with a 5-12 record after their 38-26 league loss to Velma-Alma (Velma, OK).
