California High School Basketball - St. Bernard's nudges Eureka

In Saturday's non-league outing, the St. Bernard's Crusaders (Eureka, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Eureka Loggers (Eureka, CA), by a margin of 47-42.

The Crusaders (17-2) will now prepare for their outing against Arcata (Arcata, CA). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 14-4 record. In their last outing, Arcata held off Fortuna (Fortuna, CA), 67-42, in a league outing.

The Loggers now own a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Del Norte for a Humboldt-Del Norte - Big 5 outing on Tuesday, January 23. Eureka will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 46-31 league loss to McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 14-7.
