With the victory, Palmyra improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Brookfield (Brookfield, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a Clarence Cannon challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-8.

Next up, the Pirates confront the Kirksville Tigers (Kirksville, MO) in a North Central Missouri challenge, on Friday, January 26. Hannibal will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record.
