The Hazen Wildcats basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Richford Falcons to 31 in the Wildcats league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Williamstown for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Hazen will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 36-20 non-league win over Bellows Free Academy (Fairfax, VT). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-1.

The Falcons (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Danville (Danville, VT). The Bears enter the Mountain contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Danville triumphed over Stowe (Stowe, VT), 69-13, in a league contest.
