The Woodbury Central Wildcats basketball team (Moville, IA), was routed 57-33 in Saturday's league battle with the host Kingsley-Pierson Panthers (Kingsley, IA)
The Panthers now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Lyon for a non-league battle on Monday, January 22. Kingsley-Pierson will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 55-21 non-league win over St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-5.
The Wildcats (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against East Sac County (Lake View, IA). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, East Sac County trounced Alta-Aurelia (Alta, IA), 57-51, in a league battle.
