With the victory, Pershing County improves its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV) to play the Falcons in a challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 0-9. Coral Academy of Science - Reno lost 27-25 in their recent league battle against North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA)

The Highlanders (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV). The Bighorns come into the battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Oasis Academy dropped by West Wendover (West Wendover, NV), 50-19, in a league battle.
