Next, the Badgers face the Brownwood Lions (Brownwood, TX) in a 4A Region 1 District 5 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Lampasas will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Snyder (Snyder, TX).

The Bulldogs now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Austin Achieve for a 4A Region 4 District 25 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. Burnet will face a Polar Bears team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Wimberley (Wimberley, TX). The Polar Bears record now stands at 3-4.
