The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Aransas Pass Panthers (Aransas Pass, TX) and the host Odem Owls (Odem, TX), observed Aransas Pass's basketball team overwhelm Odem by a margin of 43-14.

The Panthers (12-17) will now prepare for their challenge against London (Corpus Christi, TX). The Pirates come into the 3A Region IV District 29 challenge with a 15-10 record. In their last challenge, London was trounced by West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX), 51-26, in a league challenge.

The Owls (8-20) will now prepare for their test against George West (George West, TX). The Longhorns come into the 3A Region IV District 29 test with a 13-16 record. In their last test, George West bounced Taft (Taft, TX), 61-44, in a league test.
