Nevada High School Basketball - Bishop Gorman overwhelms Coronado

The Bishop Gorman Gaels basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Coronado Cougars to 27 in the Gaels league triumph on Monday.

The Gaels now possess a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Palo Verde for a 5A Southern game on Tuesday, January 21. Bishop Gorman will confront a Panthers team coming off a 63-30 league loss to Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 6-12.

With the loss, Coronado falls to 9-8 on the campaign. The Cougars host Clark (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Chargers in a 5A Southern game on Tuesday, January 21. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 0-19. Clark lost 71-17 in their recent league game against Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV)
