The Lawrenceville Indians basketball squad (Lawrenceville, IL), was crushed 56-24 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Richland County Tigers (Olney, IL)

With the victory, Richland County advances its record to 11-9 on the year. The Tigers host Marshall (Marshall, IL) to meet the Lions in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 23. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 11-9. Marshall lost 51-18 in their recent non-league test against Newton (Newton, IL)

The Indians (8-13) will now prepare for their test against Casey-Westfield (Casey, IL). The Warriors come into the non-league test with a 9-15 record. In their last test, Casey-Westfield was routed by Paris (Paris, IL), 59-24, in a non-league test.
