In Monday's non-league contest, the host Peoples Academy Wolves basketball team scored a big 51-20 triumph over the Stowe Raiders.
The Wolves (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Montpelier (Montpelier, VT). The Solons go into the Capital contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Montpelier was trounced by Oxbow (Bradford, VT), 73-23, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Danville Bears (Danville, VT) in a Mountain contest, on Saturday, January 25. Stowe will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record.
