With the triumph, Lafayette Christian Academy moves its record to 2-9 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Sam Houston (Lake Charles, LA) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 21. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 7-6. Sam Houston lost 6-1 in their recent league test against Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA)

The Vikings now sport a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they host Westminster Academy for a Division IV District 3 test on Thursday, January 23. Opelousas Catholic will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to New Iberia (New Iberia, LA). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-4.
