The Eastern Montgomery Mustangs basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Narrows Green Waves to 29 in the Mustangs league triumph on Monday.

The Mustangs now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Craig County for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Eastern Montgomery will confront a Rockets team coming off a 37-21 non-league loss to James River (Buchanan, VA). The Rockets record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Narrows falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Green waves host Auburn (Riner, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 4-3.
