The McCallum Knights basketball team (Austin, TX), was overwhelmed 87-44 in Friday's league battle with the host Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX)
The Trojans now possess a 20-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin for a 5A Region III District 17 battle on Tuesday, January 25. Anderson will confront a Raptors team coming off a 53-48 league loss to Lockhart (Lockhart, TX). The Raptors record now stands at 3-15.
The Knights (8-15) will now prepare for their battle against Navarro (Austin, TX). The Vikings come into the 5A Region III District 17 battle with a 5-18 record. In their last battle, Navarro was overwhelmed by Crockett (Austin, TX), 64-45, in a league battle.
