In Friday's league match, the host Arcanum Trojans basketball team scored a tight 42-38 triumph over the Franklin Monroe Jets.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Russia Raiders (Russia, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 22. Arcanum will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Raiders enter the match with a 8-5 record after their 71-26 league win over Fairlawn (Sidney, OH).
