In Friday's league outing, the Byron Tigers (Byron, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Oregon Hawks (Oregon, IL), by a margin of 60-20.
The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL). The Royal Lions go into the Big Northern outing with a 11-8 record. In their last outing, Rockford Christian was trounced by Lutheran (Rockford, IL), 91-59, in a non-league outing.
